- Package price is based on minimum 2 adults traveling together.
- Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- All sightseeing and transfers are on private basis unless specified otherwise.
- Rates are valid for Indian passport holders only.
- Tourism Dirham Fee is included in the package cost.
- Any amendments or changes in the booking may attract additional charges.
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
- Visa approval is subject to UAE immigration authority. The agency is not responsible for any visa rejection or delay.
- Flight cancellation/rescheduling is subject to airline policies and is not in our control.
- No refund will be provided for unused services once the trip has started.
- Standard check-in time at hotels is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM.
- Travelers must comply with local COVID-19 guidelines and entry regulations (if applicable).

- 25% advance payment for bookings made 30 or more days before departure.
- 50% payment if booked 15 to 29 days before departure or before visa application, whichever is earlier.
- 75% payment if booked 8 to 14 days before departure.
- 100% payment if booked 7 or fewer days before departure.

- 25% of package cost refundable if cancelled 60 or more days before departure.
- 75% of package cost refundable if cancelled 31 to 59 days before departure.
- No refund if cancelled within 30 days of departure.
- No refund if cancelled 7 or fewer days before departure.
