📄 Terms & Conditions
- Package price is valid till 31st August 2025.
- Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment.
- Any increase in fuel cost, taxes, hotel tariff, or transport charges will be borne by the customer.
- Check-in time at hotels is usually 12:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability.
- In case of unavailability of listed hotels, similar category hotels will be arranged.
- No refund for unutilized services or shortened stay due to personal reasons.
- Darshan Travels is not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by weather, road blocks, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Travelers must carry valid ID proof (Aadhar/Passport/Voter ID) for hotel check-in.
- Boating, Safari, and Cultural Shows are optional and chargeable as per local rates.
- In case of any disputes, jurisdiction will lie with courts in the tour operating city (e.g., Cochin or your company’s base city).
Booking Policy
- 25% of total amount – if booked 30 or more days before departure
- 50% of total amount – if booked 15 to 29 days before departure, or before visa application (whichever is earlier)
- 75% of total amount – if booked 8 to 14 days before departure
- 100% of total amount – if booked 7 or fewer days before departure
Cancellation Policy
- 25% of package cost – if cancelled 60 or more days before departure
- 75% of package cost – if cancelled 31 to 59 days before departure
- 100% of package cost – if cancelled within 30 days of departure
- No refund – if cancelled 7 or fewer days before departure
